At Rag & Bone Bros, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom furniture and final sale accents are not eligible for return unless damaged during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
